Return, Cancellation, & Refund Policy

At Brooklyn Wig Collection, each unit is carefully crafted to meet our quality standards. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

Custom & Pre-Made Units

All custom and ready-to-ship wigs are final sale.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on wigs.

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.

After 48 hours, all orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.

Once production begins, the order is considered final sale.

If a cancellation is approved within the 48-hour window, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Brooklyn Wig Collection reserves the right to decline cancellation requests once materials have been allocated or construction has started.

Incorrect measurements provided at the time of purchase are the responsibility of the customer. If a unit needs to be resized due to incorrect measurements, a $100 reconstruction fee will apply.

Luxury Hair Bundles & Closures

Hair bundles and closures may be eligible for exchange only.

To qualify:

• Hair must remain unused

• All tags must be attached

• Bundles must not be unraveled, washed, colored, or altered

Returned hair will be inspected upon arrival. If approved, an exchange will be issued. Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at our discretion.

Brooklyn Wig Collection reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase with Brooklyn Wig Collection, you agree to our policies, processing times, and final sale terms.

 

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the matter, we reserve the right to:

• Submit all order details, delivery confirmation, and communication history to your financial institution

• Dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation

• Restrict future purchases from your account

Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported and may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a dispute.
